While many of you who contact our support team will have noticed that there is a new person answering the phone and emails, we wanted to officially welcome James, our new support engineer to the Cap2 Team.

James Wilson – Second Line Support Engineer – A new addition to Cap2 Solutions after working 2 years in the IT support sector and gaining his Microsoft® Certified Professional certification. James, in his spare time, loves to play guitar and pursue his passion for photography. You will most likely speak to James if you call our support line with a query or feedback.
