A Member Moving Themselves on HomePortal
- In the members screen, above, if you click a red button with a house in it, changing it to green, you will make the move available on HomePortal
- A member will only be able to book into the Level they have been marked to move to
- They will also only see classes that have spaces available
- Note: If they have not registered for HomePortal but you have an email address for them, there will be an envelope in the red box. A trigger can be sent to them to ask them to register for HomePortal or contact their centre.
If there is no red button it means you have no email address stored on the system and have not registered for HomePortal, therefore you will have to contact them manually.
Go to How to Use HomePortal to find out more.
